THE DARE
METHODOLOGY
The 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) - and most recently the Covid-19 pandemic - fundamentally challenged legacy models of work and career. This sweeping transformation requires new ways of working and new kinds of arrangements between employees and employers.
We help employees and organizations to develop a person-centered approach to work, aligning worker’s needs for legitimization and meaning, with the organization's needs for flexibility and service. The DARE methodology helps employees’ transition from being ‘employees’ coping with complexities, to ‘job crafters’ who actively shape and take charge of their contribution to the organization.
OUR VISION
Dr. Phil Smith and Dr. Matteo Gaeta founded DARE to answer some of the challenges brought by the 4th Industrial revolution which imposes a radical transformation of the relationship between employees and employers.
Our vision is that employees must leverage their self-awareness and their abilities to craft meaningful work for themselves and for their employer.
Employers must create work environments where personnel can proactively contribute to the development of their organization.
Failure to respond to the speed and scale of the re-arrangement of the employer-employee relationships is extremely risky. It puts both employees and employers at a disadvantage and eventually could drive employees and employers out of business.
We DARE employees to become aware job crafters.
We DARE employers to welcome the GIG economy and to empower their job crafters.
We DARE employees and employers to transform their employment relationship.
