DARE METHODOLOGY
The DARE methodology is a bottom up job intervention aimed at transforming employees into self-aware job crafters, favoring the alignment of job crafters' and company's interests.
It is developed on four pillars: Define, Anchor, Reframe, Engage (DARE) and it builds on creating awareness on individual job crafting's profile to strengthen employees' ability to shape a meaningful work.

The DISCOVER phase uses psychometric profiling to identify employees' work orientation.
In this phase the employees discover their job crafting's profiles and we challenge the employees to explore work from a different perspective. Is work meaningful? Can it be infused with meaning?
This process aims at driving awareness at the power anyone has to influence the significance of their work.

The ANCHOR phase identifies personal points of reference in decision making such as values, motives, strengths. We work with the employees to define what is important in their life, what is dear to them and how this can be proactively brought to their daily work life.

The anchor points are then used to REFRAME work so that it becomes more meaningful and purposeful. We look at how values, motives and strengths can reshape everyday work both from a task and relationship perspective, but also from a cognitive perspective. Are you an accountant, or are you a guard of company's financial health? Are you a hospital cleaner or a healer who supports patient's recovery? Are you an insurance salesman or a solution provider in the face of a sudden crisis? Reframing work impacts they way tasks and relationship at work are defined, and vice-versa.

The ENGAGE phase consolidates the job crafting learning into action. In this chapter we look at practical and achievable action plans and measurable indicators of progress, performance and success. Concurrently, we work with the organization and management to support the creation of an environment that drives engagement bottom up instead of top down as traditionally done in many companies. Business environment set up is fundamental to favor proactive behaviors.
